- This agreement extends the existing ceasefire between the Government of India and the National Socialist Council of Nagaland/K-Khango faction for one year, from April 18, 2024 to April 17, 2025. The extension aims to facilitate lasting peace in Nagaland state with the involvement of the Naga people. Both parties commit to adhering to mutually agreed ceasefire ground rules that remain subject to review and amendment by both sides.

Government of India and National Socialist Council of Nagaland/K-Khango (NSCN/K-Khango), Nagaland have mutually decided to extend the Ceasefire Agreement with effect from 18th April, 2024 for a period of one year i.e. till 17th April, 2025 to bring about a lasting peace in the State of Nagaland with the involvement of Naga people.
2. The Ceasefire will be subject to adherence to the Ceasefire Ground Rules mutually agreed and signed by the two sides.
The Ceasefire Ground Rules will be subject to mutual review and amendment with the involvement of both the parties.
3. Both the parties accordingly append their signatures, on this date, the 7th March 2024 herein under, to give effect to the Ceasefire Agreement.
