Joint Statement on the Reinstallation of the Dialogue Roundtable
JOINT STATEMENT No.
1
The Government of the Republic of Colombia and the Ejército de Liberación Nacional— ELN, inform the country and the international community that they have reached the following points of agreement:
1. To reinstall the Dialogue Roundtable with their respective Delegations.
2. To resume all agreements and progress achieved since the signing of the Agenda of 30 March 2016.
3. To announce the re-establishment of the dialogue process after the first week of November 2022.
For the Government of Colombia and the ELN, the participation of society in this process is essential for the changes Colombia needs in order to build peace.
