CREATION OF ECONOMIC AND FINANCIAL CONDITIONS FOR THE MATERIALISATION OF THE MEXICO AGREEMENT

The Government of the Republic of Colombia and the Ejército de Liberación Nacional agree on the following:

1. Invoking the permanent nature of the Peace Dialogue Table, a team will be formed comprising delegates and advisers from the Parties, with the accompaniment of the Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Colombia, the Kingdom of Norway, and the Group of Countries for Support, Accompaniment and Cooperation (GCSAC).

This commission will propose the sources, channels, and activities related to the financing of the peace process and the CFBNT with the ELN.

Which shall be defined by the Peace Dialogue Table.

2. This team will prepare a gradual and progressive roadmap which will include:

a) Exploration of sources of financing.

b) Definition of national and local activities to be covered.

3. The Commission and the ELN will present their route proposals at the sixth cycle of the Peace Dialogue Table.
