For the continuity of this design phase, they agree to:
1. Restart the participation design process, based on the following schedule and dates:
1.1. Territorial pre-meetings: between February 26 and March 6, 2024.
1.2. Territorial meetings and national sector meetings: between March 7 and April 8, 2024.
2. The National Participation Committee will carry out its work to ensure continuity in the participation design process.
3. Between April 20 and May 4, 2024, the systematisation team, the technical secretariat, and the coordination body will present the products generated in the participation design process to the National Participation Committee.
4. Between May 5 and 10, 2024, the Peace Dialogue Table will receive the model, plan and recommendations for society's participation in peacebuilding.
With the approval of the participation design, Point 1 of the Mexico Agenda is fulfilled, and the diagnostic and development phase of the agenda for peace transformation begins.
The results of the design phase will be presented at a major national public event to be held between 20 and 25 May 2024.
5. At this stage, both the Peace Dialogue Table and the participation bodies will discuss the establishment of the National Participation Network referred to in Agreement 19, as well as other initiatives.

AGREEMENT ON THE CONTINUITY OF THE DESIGN PHASE OF SOCIETY’S PARTICIPATION IN PEACEBUILDING

The Government of the Republic of Colombia and the National Liberation Army (ELN) recognise that the participation design process has made significant progress, as evidenced, among other things, by the requests from various social and territorial sectors to join the process with initiatives and proposals.

For the continuity of this design phase, they agree to:

1. Restart the participation design process, based on the following schedule and dates:

1.1. Territorial pre-meetings: between February 26 and March 6, 2024.

1.2. Territorial meetings and national sector meetings: between March 7 and April 8, 2024.

2. The National Participation Committee will carry out its work to ensure continuity in the participation design process.

3. Between April 20 and May 4, 2024, the systematisation team, the technical secretariat, and the coordination body will present the products generated in the participation design process to the National Participation Committee.
