- This agreement, signed on 19 November 2025 in Campo Hermoso (San Vicente del Caguán, Caquetá), is the third agreement of the seventh cycle of peace dialogue between the Colombian government and the FARC-EP dissident bloc (EMBF), focused on de-escalation of the armed conflict and peace gestures. Key commitments include the EMBF's pledge to stop recruiting minors under 18, to refrain from attacking police or military personnel (while reserving self-defence), and to analyse financing alternatives that do not harm small traders; the government commits to processing the EMBF's political recognition, protecting 2016 peace agreement signatories, and working with the Unit for the Search for Persons Deemed Disappeared. An oversight committee composed of community and MDP delegates will be created to monitor compliance in areas where EMBF blocs and fronts are present.
