Description
This agreement between the Colombian government and the National Liberation Army (ELN) establishes mechanisms to enhance joint communications and public education about the peace process. The parties agree to create a communications commission with two members from each delegation, publish a compendium of agreements reached through the sixth cycle, develop collaborative content with RTVC (Colombian public broadcaster) for peace communication, create a Peace Dialogue Table website, and develop a joint communication and pedagogy strategy toward a culture of peace.
