Description
This declaration from the 7th cycle of the Peace Dialogue Table (MDP) at Campo Hermoso summarises nine points approved by the Colombian Government and FARC-EP EMBF delegations, of which items 1–5 are coded as separate agreement entries and documents listed under items 6 and 7 are not available as of the time of release of version 10. The remaining substantive content commits the parties to continuing peace dialogues aimed at territorial transformation (item 8), establishes a schedule of verification visits to FARC-EP EMBF regions (item 9), and notes community participation during the cycle. DECLARATION

VII CYCLE Campo Hermoso, 20 November 2025

On 17, 18, 19 and 20 November 2025, continued the 7th round of talks at the Peace Dialogue Table (MDP) at the Campo Hermoso inspection station in the municipality of San Vicente del Caguán, Caquetá.

The delegations of the National Government of the Republic of Colombia and the Blocs "Commander Jorge Suárez Briceño," Magdalena Medio "Commander Gentil Duarte," and Front "Commander Raúl Reyes" FARC-EP approved:

1. A special agreement to de-escalate the conflict in order to generate acts and gestures of peace, aimed at mitigating the effects on the civilian population, government officials, peace signatories, members of the public forces and members of the EMBF FARC EP.

The agreement commits the EMBF FARC EP to begin implementing a policy of not recruiting minors under the age of 18 into its ranks, while the Government will increase comprehensive programmes for the protection of boys, girls and adolescents in Colombia, especially in conflict zones.

2. An agreement on land and territorial transformation that promotes access to land, the establishment of Peasant Reserve Areas (ZRC), recognition of the rights of communities in the territory, and conservation of areas of special environmental interest.

Issues of habitat and urban and rural land use planning are also addressed.

3. An agreement on the environment, bioeconomy and revitalisation of the rainforest, curbing deforestation, replacing coca crops and protecting national natural parks.

4. The reactivation of the Joint Legal Commission, which has the mission of conducting a census of persons deprived of their liberty due to the conflict, examining their health and legal status, and promoting educational and productive projects covered by prison and penitentiary regulations.

5. An agreement ahead of the 2026 elections that allows both male and female citizens to freely exercise their right to vote and stand for election, and guarantees all parties and candidates the right to present their programmes to the country's voters.

6. An agreement that guarantees and protects citizen participation in the framework of activities promoted by the MDP.

7. An agreement on facts and actions that strengthen the credibility of the peace process in the country.

8. The continuation of peace dialogues aimed at consolidating territorial transformation for the benefit of communities, within a framework of respect for all political, religious, cultural, and ethnic expressions in the country.
