- This agreement, signed on 18 November 2025 in Campo Hermoso (San Vicente del Caguán, Caquetá), is the second agreement of the seventh cycle of peace dialogue between the Colombian government and the FARC-EP dissident bloc (EMBF), focused on environmental protection, bioeconomy, and Amazon rainforest revitalisation. It commits both parties to defending Chiribiquete National Natural Park, including socio-environmental characterisation, preventing new occupations, and halting road expansion, while implementing environmental education campaigns and a socio-environmental pilot project combining bioeconomy, agroforestry, and ecosystem restoration. The agreement also commits to a 'zero coca' policy in National Natural Parks, promotes inclusive dialogue with environmental institutions and ethnic communities, and continues ecological restoration projects across multiple Colombian regions.
